With our continuous global growth, we are now seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and Chinese-speaking professional to join our Oslo-based team. In this position you will play an important role in supporting our operational activities across Europe, USA, and China. You will become part of a dynamic, innovative, inclusive, and globally-minded team dedicated to impactful work.

NB! The goal of this internship is to transition into a full-time role. Immigration support is available where needed.

In this position, you will:

• Support operations with daily business, legal, and operational activities covering our global operations.
• Facilitate effective coordination and clear communication with our international team members, including China-based colleagues, and external partners such as lawyers and accountants.
• Identify opportunities for process automation; implement improvements using AI tools and other digital technologies.
• Translate Chinese business documentation into English; carefully verify the accuracy of automated translations to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance clear, concise, and comprehensive business documentation.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to pinpoint areas for operational enhancement and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with and support other internal teams on various operational and business-related tasks as required.

About You

Required skills and experience

• Native-level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Interest in or practical experience with automation, AI-driven tools, or basic programming for business process improvement.
• Familiarity and comfort working with standard business and compliance-related processes, IT tools, digital platforms, and applications.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or relevant equivalent professional experience.
• Proven organizational abilities with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled at creating clear, structured, and detailed documentation of business processes.
• You possess cultural awareness and excel in interpersonal communication across diverse global teams.
• You have an inherent curiosity for technology and a proactive mindset, eager to address challenges before they become problems.
• You are structured, organized, and consistently efficient in managing your responsibilities.
• You balance humility with confidence and excel as a collaborative, team-oriented professional.
