We are looking for an up-and-coming brand builder with a genuine interest in evangelizing how we work and why it matters, to attract smart people into our distributed work environment. The right candidate possesses an innate understanding of how the interplay between technology and humans can lay the foundation for a happy organization. The person will be the voice and face of our culture externally, telling our story so well that a strong pipeline of great candidates follows naturally.

About the role

For this role, candidates can be located either in Oslo or remotely in Europe. 

As the talent acquisition and brand builder, you will:

• Be the primary evangelist of Northern.tech's culture and beliefs, making how we work and why it matters visible externally.
• Build content, presence, and storytelling (blog, social, talks, community) that makes our culture recognizable and attractive to candidates and across our ecosystem (vendors, partners, customers).
• Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of high quality candidates as a natural result of strong employer branding.
• Manage the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Automate and streamline processes wherever possible.
• Support light touches of the broader employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding handoff) as the role grows.

About you

Required skills and experience

• Experience in employer branding, communications, or content creation, at a culture-first company.
• Experience building talent pools and be responsible for 360 recruitment.
• Experience working with and testing out new technologies and strong interest in automating repetitive tasks.
• Experience working with hybrid (central and distributed) organizations.
  
• Very strong multicultural interpersonal skills.
